Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased free of charge and without being obliged to inform us the reason why you wish to return the products, within 7 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are only charged with the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, that is, without having been unsealed or their packaging has been violated, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
